Job summary

Golden Key Real Estate is seeking an experienced Holiday Homes Property Acquisition Manager to grow our Dubai Holiday Homes portfolio. You will identify property owners, generate new business, present management services, and sign Property Management Agreements.

UAE experience in Holiday Homes property acquisition or property management is required; sales, negotiation, and CRM skills are essential to meet monthly targets and build a robust pipeline.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of UAE Holiday Homes Property Acquisition or Property Management experience.
• Proven track record of signing Property Management Agreements.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai's Holiday Homes market.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• CRM experience.
• Fluent in English.
• UAE Driving Licence is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acquire apartments and villas for our Holiday Homes portfolio.
• Generate leads through brokers, landlords, investors, referrals, and networking.
• Meet property owners and present our Holiday Homes management services.
• Negotiate and close Property Management Agreements.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM.
• Achieve monthly acquisition targets.
• Work closely with Operations and Marketing to onboard new properties.
