Job summary

S-HOTEL GROUP in Dubai is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager – Holiday Homes to support the growth of the S Holiday Homes portfolio. You will acquire and onboard new Holiday Home units and build strong relationships with owners, landlords, investors and brokers to drive revenue.

The role focuses on achieving monthly and annual targets, negotiating agreements, and maintaining a robust pipeline while monitoring market opportunities in the Dubai short-term rental sector.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE Business Development experience.
• Proven track record in acquiring new business and achieving targets.
• Experience in Holiday Homes, Property Management.
• Short-Term Rentals or Real Estate experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of S Holiday Homes by acquiring and onboarding new units.
• Identify and approach property owners, landlords, investors, brokers, and partners.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective Holiday Home units.
• Conduct property visits, client meetings, and business development activities.
• Negotiate management agreements and commercial terms aligned with company goals.
• Achieve monthly and annual unit-acquisition and revenue targets.
• Develop relationships with existing and prospective property owners.
• Monitor Dubai Holiday Homes market and identify new opportunities.

S-HOTEL GROUP is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager – Holiday Homes to support the growth and expansion of the S Holiday Homes portfolio in Dubai.

The primary focus of this role is to acquire and onboard new Holiday Home units, develop strong relationships with property owners, landlords, investors, and brokers, and achieve assigned monthly and annual portfolio-growth and revenue targets.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing hospitality group and play a key role in expanding its Holiday Homes portfolio.
