Job summary

Qualifications

• BSC in Engineering (preferably Chemical) is required/advantageous.
• 5–6 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in oil & gas.

Responsibilities

• Manages client accounts effectively and efficiently and builds solid business partnerships.
• Schedules terminal activities and coordinates with HJATL and third parties to meet quality, quantity, time and cost criteria.
• Manages client expectations and conducts damage control for service issues.
• Prepares monthly/quarterly work schedules to maximize output and synchronization of activities.
• Ensures proper stock management to safeguard against financial liability and coordinates product testing with third parties.
• Maintains MSDS library and distributes documentation to relevant parties.
• Consolidates final stock reports covering received, utilized and remaining quantities.
• Contributes to occupancy targets by communicating upcoming storage space/tank availability.
• Coordinates storage with Chemstore when space is insufficient to fulfill client requirements.
• Adheres to Cyber Information Security responsibilities and policies.
