Job summary

ENOC in Dubai seeks a Chemical Engineering professional to lead end-to-end plant operations, ensuring timely, quality lubricant products for our sales network and customers. You will drive the Oracle manufacturing system implementation and optimize production, logistics, and inventory control.

You will oversee safety, HSE compliance, and CAPEX budgeting, while coordinating with Sales, Technical, and Logistics teams to deliver strategic plant development and staff motivation.

Qualifications

• University degree in Chemical Engineering.
• 10–15 years of experience in lubricant or similar industry; 7–10 years in Production/Logistics/Quality systems.
• Exposure to QHSE quality systems preferred.
• Strong management, training and staff motivation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operations to provide timely, quality products.
• Drive and implement Oracle manufacturing system.
• Oversee vendor/toll manufacturing relationships and evaluations.
• Set up logistics and inventory control points; monitor performance.
• Ensure plant safety and compliance with HSE regulations and loss control.
• Develop and update strategic plant plans in coordination with Sales/Technical/Logistics.
• Plan and execute CAPEX budgets/contracts within deadlines.
• Coordinate staff training and development to motivate teams.
