Job summary

A leading terminal operations firm based in Sharjah is seeking a Terminal Manager to oversee daily operations involving the handling of petroleum and petrochemical products. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with HSSE standards, managing vessel operations, and optimizing terminal resources. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and has over 10 years of experience in the oil and gas sector, specifically within terminal operations. Prior experience in the UAE or free zone is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or terminal operations.
• Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or senior operational role.
• Prior UAE or free zone terminal operations experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily terminal operations including vessel handling and inventory control.
• Support tank utilisation and ensure smooth client servicing.
• Ensure full compliance with HSSE standards and conduct operational audits.
• Supervise Shift Supervisors and provide operational training to team members.
