Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai is seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing to lead brand, communications, and creative strategy for a fast-growing fragrance and beauty portfolio across UAE, UK, US, India and Europe.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, direct global launches, pop-ups, retail partnerships, and campaigns, and partner with the CEO on brand positioning and market expansion. The role blends visionary creativity with operational excellence in a fast-paced, brand-led environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in brand marketing or creative leadership within beauty, fragrance, or luxury retail.
• Proven track record of international product launches and brand campaigns.
• Experience with advertising, e-commerce, pop-ups, and retail channel marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own and elevate brand strategy and creative direction across all brands in the portfolio.
• Develop and maintain brand consistency across international markets.
• Lead 360° campaigns including photoshoots, video, packaging design and brand visuals.
• Partner with the CEO on brand positioning, storytelling, and market expansion.
• Lead strategy and execution for product launch events across UAE and other global cities.
• Oversee content strategy, social media, and community storytelling.
• Mentor and lead a multidisciplinary in-house marketing and creative team.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration between marketing, sales, product development, e-commerce and retail.
