Job summary

DC Consultants seeks a Business Development Manager for Payroll Managed Services in Dubai. You will drive new client acquisition, engage CFOs and HR Directors, and build a robust pipeline across UAE/GCC. The role requires consultative sales, solution selling, and a disciplined approach to pricing, proposals and handovers to operations.

You will lead presentations, manage RFPs, and maintain CRM pipeline while protecting margins and ensuring successful deployments.

Qualifications

• Payroll outsourcing, HR outsourcing, or professional services experience.
• Strong UAE market exposure and access to senior decision-makers.
• Experience managing structured sales cycles and complex deals.
• Strong proposal writing and presentation capability.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage target companies (50+ employees) across UAE/GCC to build a specified pipeline.
• Conduct structured discovery to understand payroll processes, risks, and inefficiencies.
• Prepare proposals and pricing aligned with guidelines; manage negotiations to protect margins and feasibility.
• Lead client presentations and service walkthroughs; explain service model, compliance, implementation, governance.
• Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and vendor onboarding; manage structured procurement cycles and compliance docs.
• Maintain accurate pipeline in CRM; update opportunities, next steps and forecasts for management visibility.
• Deliver complete handover to operations with clear scope, timelines, risks and payroll structure.
