The ideal candidate has extensive experience in securing senior-level positions within Forex and Fintech, coupled with strong stakeholder management and networking skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in-house.
• Proven experience recruiting senior-level Forex/Fintech talent.
• Track record of successfully closing senior and specialist positions.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with senior management to understand talent requirements.
• Lead recruitment for senior and specialist roles across the company.
• Proactively headhunt and source passive candidates.
