Job summary

Description: Lex Markets is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead human resources operations and talent acquisition initiatives for its growing office in Dubai. This position focuses on building specialized talent pipelines for brokerage roles, managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, and ensuring administrative processes align with local regulatory standards. The selected candidate will oversee talent sourcing, execute recruitment strategies tailored to financial markets, coordinate visa processing, and maintain full compliance with UAE labour laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract qualified Forex and CFD brokerage talent.

Requirements

• Technical Skills: Familiarity with HRIS software, modern applicant tracking systems (ATS), and local government visa platforms.
