Job summary

Lex Markets in Dubai seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead HR operations and talent acquisition for its growing Dubai office, focusing on specialized Forex/CFD brokerage recruitment.

You will own end-to-end employee lifecycle, manage visa processing, ensure compliance with UAE labour laws, and build pipelines across trading, commercial and support functions to support rapid market expansion.

Qualifications

• 4+ years total HR/Talent Acquisition experience.
• 2+ years directly within Forex/CFD brokerage recruitment.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law & visa workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for Forex/CFD roles.
• Oversee day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, and workforce administration.
• Manage employee visa applications, onboarding procedures, and government HR documentation.
• Build and maintain active candidate pipelines across trading, commercial, and operations.
• Enforce UAE Labour Law compliance and employment regulations.
