The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance/Commerce with 4–5 years of AR experience, UAE VAT knowledge, and proficiency in Zoho and advanced Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce required.

Responsibilities

• Generate and dispatch customer invoices, billing schedules, and supporting document packages.
• Maintain customer accounting ledgers, update debtor files, and record incoming payment receipts.
• Analyze accounts receivable aging schedules, issue Statements of Account (SOA), and track overdue collection targets.
• Reconcile customer balances, resolve billing variances, and address payment discrepancy inquiries.
• Process approved credit notes, debit adjustments, customer refunds, and balance write-offs.
• Collaborate with internal Sales, Operations, and Claims units to resolve customer account disputes.
• Ensure UAE VAT compliance on outbound billing, maintain audit records, and assist with financial closing schedules.
