Job summary

Checkout.com in Dubai, UAE, seeks a Revenue Enablement Specialist to support the MENA region. The role coordinates enablement programs, maintains reporting and content, and drives AI/automation use across commercial teams.

You’ll partner with Sales, BDR, Pre-Sales and After-Sales to ensure smooth execution and impactful data-driven insights. Ideally, you bring 2–4 years in revenue enablement or sales operations, strong organization and analytics, and comfort with dashboards and multiple systems.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Operations, L&D, Program Management or similar.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, incl. advanced Excel/Sheets.
• Comfortable with dashboards, data and multiple systems.
• Experience with Highspot, Salesforce, an LMS or similar is an advantage.
• Interest in AI, automation and digital productivity tools.
• Ability to create professional presentations and digital resources.
• Strong written and verbal English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding, Revenue Way, Skill Builders, certifications and workshops.
• Manage calendars, logistics, invitations, attendance and follow-ups.
• Coordinate trainers, experts, managers and commercial teams.
• Track actions, deadlines and dependencies and follow up proactively.
• Own recurring enablement reporting and dashboards.
• Track attendance, completion, certifications and KPIs.
• Maintain data across platforms and systems.
• Provide concise updates and leadership recommendations.
• Identify repetitive processes for simplification or automation.
• Support AI tools, workflows and reporting solutions.
• Create reusable templates, playbooks and AI resources.
• Improve processes, rhythms and adoption of approved AI tools.
• Maintain enablement content and support Highspot governance.
• Coordinate content updates for MENA audiences and cross-functional projects.
• Prepare project plans, meeting materials and status updates.
