Job summary

Checkout.com is seeking a Revenue Enablement Specialist to support the MENA function from Dubai. You will coordinate onboarding, enablement programs, and stakeholder communications, while owning dashboards and KPI tracking.

The role emphasizes AI tooling, automation, and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, BDR, Pre-Sales and After-Sales. Based in Dubai, UAE, this hybrid position offers flexibility with three days in the office and growth opportunities in a fast-paced fintech

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Operations, L&D, or similar.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, including advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
• Comfortable working with dashboards, data and multiple systems.
• Experience with Highspot, Salesforce, an LMS or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Strong interest in AI, automation and digital productivity tools.
• Able to create professional presentations, communications and digital resources.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
• Proactive, resourceful and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Enablement operations: Onboard and coordinate programs, calendars, logistics, and stakeholders.
• Reporting: Own recurring enablement dashboards; track KPIs and data accuracy.
• AI, automation and improvement: Identify repetitive processes and support AI tools.
• Content and stakeholder coordination: Maintain content, update resources for MENA, support cross-functional enablement projects.
