Job summary

Checkout.com is seeking a Revenue Enablement Specialist for our Dubai, UAE team. The role focuses on enablement operations, reporting, AI-enabled improvements and content governance across the MENA region.

You will drive onboarding, certifications, dashboards and data integrity while coordinating with Sales, BDR and post‑sales teams. You will leverage Highspot, Salesforce and LMS tools to deliver scalable enablement programs, and you’ll champion AI-driven templates, playbooks and resources to

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of revenue enablement or sales operations experience.
• Excellent organization and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong analytical and reporting, advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience with dashboards and multiple systems.
• Experience with Highspot, Salesforce, an LMS or similar.
• Strong interest in AI, automation and digital productivity tools.
• Able to create professional presentations and digital resources.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding, Revenue Way, Skill Builders, certifications, workshops and other enablement programs.
• Manage calendars, logistics, invitations, attendance, communications and follow-up.
• Coordinate trainers, subject-matter experts, managers and commercial teams.
• Track actions, deadlines and dependencies, and proactively follow up.
• Own recurring enablement reporting and dashboards.
• Track attendance, completion, certification, assessment results, adoption and other KPIs.
• Maintain accurate data across relevant platforms and systems.
• Provide concise updates, insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Identify repetitive processes that can be automated.
• Support AI tools, workflows, prompts, knowledge assistants and reporting solutions.
• Create reusable templates, playbooks and AI resources for commercial teams.
• Help improve processes, operating rhythms and adoption of AI tools.
• Maintain and organize MENA enablement content and support Highspot governance.
• Coordinate content updates and adapt global resources for MENA audiences.
• Support cross-functional enablement projects across Sales, BDR, Pre-Sales and After-Sales.
• Prepare project plans, meeting materials, status updates and action trackers.
• Support internal communications and selected commercial content using approved digital and AI tools.
