Job summary

Al Ijaada Projects LLC is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive new business opportunities across the UAE from its Dubai base. You will engage with developers, consultants, architects, gyms, hotels, and other entities to promote sauna, wellness, flooring, and related solutions.

The role emphasizes lead generation, client relationship management, and end-to-end deal closure with a focus on premium wellness and flooring projects.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of UAE sales experience in construction, flooring or wellness.
• Strong B2B sales and business development skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• UAE driving license is preferred.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE.
• Generate leads through cold calling, site visits, networking, referrals, online platforms and existing contacts.
• Visit developers, consultants, contractors, architects, interior designers, gyms, hotels, villas and commercial projects to promote company products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Prepare quotations and commercial proposals with sales and technical teams.
• Follow up on quotations, negotiate prices and terms, convert opportunities into orders.
• Monitor projects from inquiry to delivery and installation.
• Maintain regular follow-up with existing customers to generate repeat business.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain updated sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports to management.
• Coordinate with project, procurement, finance and installation teams for orders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing.
• Attend exhibitions, networking events and client meetings when required.
