Job summary

Traffic Label Limited in Dubai is seeking a dynamic Personal Assistant to support the Founder on a range of travel, relocation and logistical tasks. This role is not traditional; you will be on the move, navigating the city and taking ownership from request to completion.

You will arrange travel, book properties, help set up the new office, coordinate suppliers and social events, and act as a trusted go-to person.

Qualifications

• Experience in PA, EA, Lifestyle Management or Concierge is preferred.
• Based in Dubai and able to navigate the city.
• Energetic, proactive and highly organised.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• High level of English, both written and spoken.
• Discreet, reliable and trustworthy.
• Able to take ownership and work independently.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate travel, bookings, logistics, and itineraries.
• Research and visit properties; coordinate with agents.
• Support relocation and practical arrangements in Dubai.
• Help set up a new office.
• Organise social occasions, reservations and events.
• Coordinate with trusted local suppliers and service providers.
• Handle personal and administrative requests.
• Keep track of priorities, deadlines and follow-ups.
• Take ownership of tasks and ensure completion.
• Find practical solutions for unexpected situations.
• Provide day-to-day support to the Founder.
