Job summary

Traffic Label Limited in Dubai is seeking an energetic Personal Assistant to support the Founder. This role is not desk-bound; you will be on the move, familiar with Dubai, and capable of organising and delivering across a busy schedule.

Responsibilities include arranging travel, viewing properties, assisting with relocation, setting up an office, coordinating social events and suppliers, and managing personal and administrative requests with discretion and reliability.

Qualifications

• Currently based in Dubai and confident navigating the city.
• Previous experience in a PA, EA, Lifestyle Management, Concierge, or similar role is preferred.
• Energetic, proactive, and highly organised.
• Resourceful with a strong “get things done” mindset.
• Able to work independently and take ownership.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• High level of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Discreet, reliable, and trustworthy.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate travel, bookings, logistics, and itineraries
• Research and visit properties and coordinate with agents
• Support relocation and other practical arrangements in Dubai
• Help coordinate and set up a new office
• Organise social occasions, reservations, events, and personal arrangements
• Find and coordinate trusted local suppliers and service providers
• Handle a variety of personal and administrative requests
• Keep track of priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups
• Take ownership of tasks and make sure they get completed
• Quickly find practical solutions when unexpected situations arise
• Provide reliable day-to-day support to the Founder
