Job summary

Hire Rightt - Executive Search & HR Advisory in Dubai seeks a Learning and Development Manager focused on Emirati Talent to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that boost knowledge, skills and performance.

Lead needs analysis, assessment centers, leadership initiatives, budgeting, and partnerships with vendors to ensure measurable ROI.

Requires a Bachelor's in HR or related field; CIPD preferred; 7+ years HR, including 3+ in Talent Management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; CIPD preferred.
7+ years HR experience, incl. 3+ years in Talent Management.
Strong understanding of Talent Management and OD strategies.
Experience with succession planning and assessment tools.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver training interventions aligned with organizational strategy.
Design and manage assessment centers, behavioral assessments, interviews, and psychometrics.
Analyze talent data and provide workforce insights.
Conduct training needs analysis and manage annual training calendar.
Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and leadership programs.
Manage training budgets and external vendors for quality ROI.
Measure training effectiveness with metrics and post-training evaluations.
