Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue spare parts quotations for customers.
• Process customer orders accurately and maintain order records.
• Coordinate export documentation and ensure compliance with shipping requirements.
• Arrange shipments and liaise with logistics providers to ensure timely delivery.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and support collection activities.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the aftermarket service team.
• Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and reports using company systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Support day-to-day commercial activities related to payment terms, delivery schedules, and customer requirements.
