• Data management and analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand order flow from distributors and manage shipments and stock.
• Knowledge of shipping documentation.
• Create sales reports for management.
• Maintain sales database and understand sales plan.
• Update shipment results, forecast, and communicate with management.
• Prepare industry market database and provide market analysis.
• Liaise with distributors to align sales and orders with targets.
• Consolidate orders and share with distributors and factories.
• Update final orders/shipment/sales and stock forecast in Excel.
• Support events such as product launches and distributor conferences.
