Job summary

NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants is seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing Administrator / Sales Coordinator in Dubai to support sales growth and marketing activities in the UAE. The role covers sales coordination, CRM management, lead generation, quotations, order management, and market research.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 2–4 years UAE experience in sales coordination or sales administration, strong English and MS Office skills, and familiarity with ERP systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 2-4 years of UAE experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Administration, Sales & Marketing or a similar role.
• Experience dealing with architects, interior designers, contractors, developers, furniture companies, distributors or B2B customers preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems (Odoo or similar).
• Strong organizational, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify and follow up on potential leads through enquiries and referrals.
• Contact prospective customers and introduce products and solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals and sales orders.
• Maintain regular communication with existing customers and identify sales opportunities.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations and pending orders to support conversion.
• Maintain and update the customer database and sales pipeline.
• Assist the sales team with meetings, presentations, and product information.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities.
• Support activities targeting interior designers, architects, contractors, developers and other customers.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices and other sales documentation.
• Coordinate customer orders, deliveries and product availability.
• Liaise with Accounts, Warehouse, Logistics and other departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare sales reports.
• Update customer, quotation and order information in the ERP system.
• Monitor pending quotations, orders and customer follow-ups.
• Handle customer enquiries via email, phone and other channels.
