Job summary

NEWMATIC INTERNATIONAL FZCO in Dubai is seeking a Service & AMC Coordinator to manage service calls, create service orders in ERP, and coordinate with technicians and customers. The role requires strong billing, quotes, and customer service focus to ensure timely execution and accurate documentation.

The position is based in Jebel Ali Free Zone, with 1-month notice, and provides accommodation and transportation support. Prior UAE experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience, with last 2 years at the same level in UAE.
• Experience in handling Service/AMC calls and ERP-based workflows.
• Ability to prepare quotations and manage billing with customers.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process service/AMC calls and create service orders in ERP.
• Coordinate daily with Service Manager and Technical Service Manager.
• Update service orders in ERP with real-time status.
• Issue invoices for AMC and service for outside UAE customers.
• Prepare quotations for parts or service charges and manage warranty claims.
