The role requires proactive communication, proposal preparation, and collaboration with underwriting and operations to ensure excellent service throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and business development within the UAE insurance market
• Knowledge of Property, SME, Medical, Marine, Motor and general lines insurance
• Strong negotiation, presentation and proposal skills
• Ability to meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and expand the client portfolio through proactive business development activities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate insurance products and solutions.
• Prepare proposals, present insurance quotes, and customize plans using internal tools and systems.
• Achieve assigned sales and business growth targets.
• Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and operations teams to ensure seamless client servicing.
• Maintain consistent and professional communication with clients throughout the sales cycle.
