Guardian Secure Services in Dubai is seeking an experienced Indian Chef to lead our kitchen and deliver authentic Indian dishes for our restaurant. You will plan menus, source ingredients, train staff, ensure food safety, and maintain high quality in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility for weekends and holidays.

You will oversee kitchen operations, ensure cost-effective sourcing, and work closely with management to introduce seasonal offerings.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Indian Chef or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine, cooking techniques, and spices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards.
English communication skills; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of food safety regulations.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

Create and prepare delicious Indian dishes according to our restaurant's standards.
Plan menus and develop new recipes.
Order high-quality ingredients while maintaining cost control.
Train and supervise kitchen staff.
Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.
Monitor inventory levels and place orders when necessary.
Collaborate with management to create seasonal menus or special promotions.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen.
