We value deep knowledge of Indian cuisine, creativity in developing new dishes, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Salary is $900 per month tax-free, with accommodation, transportation, and additional benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as an Indian Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant.
• Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine, flavors, spices, and cooking techniques.
• Creative flair for developing new dishes while staying true to traditional recipes.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and train kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes according to traditional recipes and restaurant standards.
• Develop new menu items and specials based on seasonal ingredients and customer feedback.
• Ensure all food preparation is of the highest quality and served in a timely manner.
• Monitor food stock levels and place orders when necessary to maintain inventory.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring they follow proper food handling procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times, following sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with the restaurant manager to create cost-effective menus without compromising on quality or taste.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Dubai. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for creating authentic and delicious Indian dishes that satisfy our guests' taste buds. Your main goal will be to provide an exceptional dining experience for our customers while maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety.

• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for hygiene in the kitchen
• Fluency in Hindi or other Indian languages is preferred but not required

Salary: $900 per month (tax-free) + accommodation + transportation + other benefits.
