Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Indian Chef in a high-volume restaurant.
• In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine, spices, and techniques.

• Excellent English communication; Hindi a plus.
• Flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Indian Chef in Dubai

We are currently hiring an experienced Indian Chef to join our team in Dubai. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing authentic Indian cuisine, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring high-quality dishes are served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes according to traditional recipes and menu items
• Manage kitchen operations including food preparation, inventory management, and sanitation standards
• Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety procedures
• Ensure all dishes are consistently prepared and presented according to company standards
• Monitor food quality to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with management on menu planning and recipe development
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen at all times

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Indian Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting
• In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine including spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate kitchen staff
• Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi would be an advantage)
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month along with other benefits such as accommodation, transportation, medical insurance, and annual leave.
