PrimeEstate in Dubai seeks an experienced Indian Chef to craft authentic Indian dishes for a high-end restaurant. You will lead kitchen operations, supervise cooks, and ensure consistent quality and presentation while maintaining top hygiene standards.

We value deep knowledge of Indian cuisine, creativity in developing new dishes, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Salary is $900 per month tax-free, with accommodation, transportation, and additional benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as an Indian Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant.
• Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine, flavors, spices, and cooking techniques.
• Creative flair for developing new dishes while staying true to traditional recipes.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and train kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes according to traditional recipes and restaurant standards.
• Develop new menu items and specials based on seasonal ingredients and customer feedback.
• Ensure all food preparation is of the highest quality and served in a timely manner.
• Monitor food stock levels and place orders when necessary to maintain inventory.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring they follow proper food handling procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times, following sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with the restaurant manager to create cost-effective menus without compromising on quality or taste.
• Handle any guest concerns or complaints related to the food, promptly and professionally.
