Job summary

BettingJobs is partnering with a Dubai-based B2B iGaming aggregator to appoint its first Commercial Manager. You will shape the commercial engine from day one, defining strategy, pricing and deal structures for a platform targeting a global customer base.

You’ll lead the commercial function with ownership and influence, negotiating with operators and content partners worldwide. Dubai-based candidates or relocation are welcome, with private healthcare included.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B commercial experience in iGaming, ideally within an aggregator.
• Strong track record in deal-making, pricing and commercial negotiation.
• Confidence shaping strategy in an early-stage, build-it-yourself environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the commercial strategy for a newly launching aggregation platform.
• Build the pricing model and commercial frameworks from the ground up.
• Source, negotiate and close deals with operators and content partners worldwide.
• Advise leadership on market entry, partnership priorities and go-to-market planning.
• Build a sustainable pipeline across a global customer base.
