Job summary

BettingJobs partners with an ambitious founder-led iGaming business to lead the move to an in-house B2B aggregator. As Head of Development, you will own the technical roadmap and shape architecture from the ground up in Dubai.

You will guide a small, distributed team across time zones, collaborate closely with the CEO, and ensure a seamless migration for existing clients while setting engineering standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years at an iGaming aggregator.
• Senior developer or tech lead with leadership experience.
• Hands-on with game aggregation and provider integrations.
• Experience delivering complex platform builds or migrations.
• Proven ability to lead a distributed team.
• Willing to work full-time from Dubai office.

Responsibilities

• Design and build a scalable, secure B2B aggregation platform.
• Plan and deliver the migration from the current third-party aggregator with minimal client disruption.
• Lead, mentor and coordinate a remote development team.
• Work closely with the CEO to align technology with commercial goals.
• Own game provider and operator integrations, APIs and platform performance.
• Set engineering standards, processes and technical documentation.
