Job summary

Emagine Solutions FZE in Dubai seeks a dynamic Chief Marketing Officer to lead a high-growth iGaming brand across the GCC and beyond. Arabic-speaking preferred, with a track record in regulated digital products and performance-driven growth.

You’ll own brand, acquisition, CRM, retention, partnerships, and reporting, while building a world-class team and steering compliant marketing in a fast-moving market. Salary up to AED 65,000/month plus bonus.

Qualifications

• Senior marketing leadership in iGaming or high-regulated digital products.
• Experience scaling multi-channel acquisition with retention and LTV improvements.
• CRM, lifecycle marketing, and player segmentation expertise.
• Commercial mindset with numbers, cohorts, and unit economics.
• Strong brand and creative leadership with measurable impact.
• Experience with affiliate ecosystems and performance partnerships.
• Arabic language preferred; GCC market understanding is a plus.
• Dubai/UAE experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute marketing vision and growth strategy across all channels.
• Lead performance marketing with CAC/LTV discipline.
• Build CRM and retention machine with lifecycle automation.
• Own brand strategy, creative direction, and communications.
• Drive partnerships and sponsorships that move the needle.
• Create dashboards, forecasting, and reporting across the funnel.
• Ensure marketing aligns with compliance, licensing, and responsible gaming standards.
• Recruit, mentor, and scale in-house and agency teams.
