Job summary

HPX is seeking a Dubai-based growth expert to lead 0-to-1 market entry and user acquisition in emerging markets, focusing on fintech, crypto, remittance, or e-commerce. You will define the playbook with the CEO and co-create a localized, trust-driven launch and scale through hands-on execution.

You will personally test channels (diaspora networks, crypto communities, KOLs, campus groups), optimize CAC and retention, and build a lean team once the model works, embedding deeply with local partners

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on market entry / 0-to-1 growth experience in fintech, crypto, remittance, or ecommerce.
• Operator mindset: capable of executing playbooks and rolling up sleeves.
• Own CAC, retention, and unit economics metrics.
• Able to move quickly in data-poor, ambiguous environments.
• Willing to travel frequently and embed in target markets.
• Based in Dubai and willing to work closely with the CEO.

Responsibilities

• Launch the market entry plan and grow the first 100 seed users.
• Acquire the first 1,000 funded-active users and validate CAC by channel.
• Design and test acquisition channels: diaspora communities, Telegram/WhatsApp, local KOLs.
• Develop localized brand messaging and trust narratives in local language.
• Build community partnerships and presence in crypto/remittance/freelancer networks.
• Build and lead a lean 2–3 person team after proof of concept.
