You will set the marketing strategy across Layer 1 and related products, build a product-led engine, recruit and lead the team, and execute launches that convert technical products into broad adoption.

The role combines hands-on leadership with strategic vision, reporting to the CEO and influencing the entire leadership team.

Qualifications

• Senior marketing leadership across Web2 and Web3.
• End-to-end positioning, go-to-market and growth leadership.
• Proven ability to increase users, trading volume, revenue or market share.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing and growth strategy across Layer 1 and products.
• Drive product adoption with measurable acquisition, activation and retention.
• Lead positioning and launches with clear go-to-market plans.
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing function.
