Qualifications

• Basic practical experience in growth, marketing, analytics or product development.
• Understanding of digital products and user behaviour.
• Initiative and independent problem-solving.
• Creative ideas supported by facts and research.
• Ability to learn quickly and use AI effectively.
• Willingness to test ideas, learn from mistakes and take responsibility for results.
• Experience from small businesses, startups, personal projects and community projects welcome.

Responsibilities

• Grow our products: find new ways to attract users, increase registrations and encourage use of our services.
• Organic growth: explore referrals, partnerships, search engines, AI recommendations and other cost-effective growth.
• Understand users: uncover why people register, why they leave and what would bring them back.
• Monetization: suggest new paid services, subscriptions, features and revenue ideas.
• Run experiments: test ideas on a small scale, measure results and improve what works.
• Work with our team: coordinate with developers, designers and other staff to turn ideas into features and campaigns.
• Use AI and automation: apply modern tools for research, analysis, experiments and daily work.
