Job summary

Confidential Dubai UAE is seeking a visionary General Manager to lead our established travel and tourism division. Reporting directly to the Chairman, this high-impact role owns strategic direction, operational excellence and profitable growth across the UAE, Middle East and global markets.

You will build on a strong legacy, elevate market position, and steer business, with autonomy to shape strategy, product portfolios, partnerships with DMCs, suppliers and tourism bodies worldwide.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership in travel and tourism.
• Minimum 5 years as GM or senior leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Tourism or Hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and drive long-range plans.
• Develop revenue growth across UAE, Middle East and global markets.
• Oversee end-to-end operations, budgeting and cost control.
• Mentor a team of up to 30 professionals and manage key accounts.

Who You Are

• 10 years progressive leadership experience in travel tourism minimum 5 years at General Manager or equivalent senior levelDeep expertise in MICE DMC operations corporate travel B2B B2E sales and destination managementProven track record in P L management business development and team leadership within the UAE marketStrong commercial acumen skilled in negotiation strategic partnership building and market expansionExperienced in reporting to top-level leadership comfortable presenting strategy performance and recommendations to the ChairmanFluent in English additional languages are a distinct advantageBachelor s degree or higher qualification in Business Tourism Hospitality or a related field
• 10+ years travel & tourism experience — minimum 5 years at GM / senior leadership levelExpert in MICE, DMC, corporate travel, B2B/B2E sales & destination managementProven track record in P&L management, business growth, and team leadership in the UAE Strong commercial acumen — negotiation, partnerships, market expansionExperienced reporting directly to the ChairmanBachelor’s degree or higher; fluent in English; additional languages a plus
