Job summary

KinFitz & Co. seeks a General Manager to take full ownership of operations and the profit and loss for a large, 24/7 service network across the UAE. You will lead a multi-layered organization, acting as the senior face of the company with clients and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include delivering margin growth, cost control, roster planning, and high-caliber client relationship management across 200+ sites. UAE experience and a valid UAE driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

• A proven background as a General Manager, Director of Operations or Head of Operations.
• Hospitality background advantageous, especially hotel general management or senior hotel operations.
• Experience managing large, distributed, shift-based workforces in a 24/7 environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with full profit and loss accountability.
• Excellent communication and a client-facing presence.
• Previous UAE experience essential.
• A valid UAE driving licence essential.

About the role

Our client is a fast growing UAE business delivering round the clock services across a wide network of locations. They are looking for a General Manager to take full ownership of operations and the profit and loss of the business, leading a multi layered organisation and acting as the senior face of the company with clients.
