DwellFi, Inc. seeks an Associate/Senior Associate – Client Success & Regional Operations in Dubai to partner with the Regional Head GCC & MENA.

You will drive client success for institutional accounts, support commercial growth, and manage day-to-day operational cadence of our Dubai hub. This entrepreneurial, high-visibility role requires startup mindset, fluency in English, and readiness to work from the Dubai office when required, with exposure to regional financial centers and enterprise

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years in B2B enterprise SaaS, fintech, or institutional services.
• Proven high-touch client-facing experience (CS, implementation, ops).
• Startup mindset with ability to balance strategic and operational work.

Responsibilities

• Enterprise client success & post-sales execution across GCC and MENA.
• Commercial enablement: pipeline, proposals, and due diligence.
• Regional operations: executive scheduling and hub governance.
• Ecosystem & brand engagement with key financial centers.
