Job summary

SUMWON STUDIOS in Dubai, UAE seeks a DTC Growth and Performance Analyst to drive analytics across the full commercial funnel. You will connect marketing, onsite experience, pricing, and customer behaviour to accelerate profitable growth using data, experimentation and AI tools.

Collaboration with Marketing, CRM, Digital Trade and Finance will be essential to improve KPIs like traffic quality, conversion, AOV and LTV.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Analytics, Commercial Strategy, Growth, eCommerce, Consulting or Digital Performance.
• Strong commercial thinking and ability to connect data to business outcomes.
• Experience with GA4, Looker and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Analyse performance across the complete customer journey from acquisition to repeat purchase.
• Build clear commercial narratives by linking marketing, onsite behaviour and pricing.
• Identify growth opportunities through data-led decision-making and experimentation.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows to automate analysis and reporting.
• Create executive dashboards covering the full DTC business.
