Job summary

Jobtailor in Dubai is seeking a growth-focused marketer to own the growth engine, including Meta Ads, creative strategy, landing pages, CRO and Shopify optimisation. You will drive performance, analyse funnel data and craft winning copy to boost ROAS.

You will also build and lead a creative team, run growth experiments, and help shape the systems, playbooks and processes that accelerate e‑commerce growth under the founder's guidance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience in DTC e-commerce
• Strong Shopify experience
• Strong Meta Ads experience
• Experience analysing ROAS, CAC, conversion rates and funnel performance
• Ability to write copy, identify winning hooks and evaluate creatives
• Excellent English communication skills
• High accountability and ownership mentality
• No Shopify experience
• No Meta Ads experience
• Poor written English
• Frequent job hopping
• Lack of data literacy
• Looking for a management-only role
