We operate at the intersection of culture, commerce and innovation. Whether launching new brands, acquiring established ones, or unlocking growth opportunities across our portfolio, we move quickly, think globally and challenge conventional ways of working.
The Role
We are looking for an AI-first, commercially minded and highly analytical DTC Growth & Performance Analyst to become the intelligence engine behind our DTC and webshop businesses.
This role sits across the full commercial funnel, connecting marketing acquisition, onsite experience, merchandising, pricing and customer behaviour to identify opportunities to accelerate profitable growth through data, experimentation and AI.
Rather than owning a single function, you will connect analytics across Marketing, CRM, Digital Trade, Pricing and Finance to understand what is driving performance, where customers are dropping off and which initiatives have the greatest potential commercial impact.
You will use modern AI tools alongside analytics platforms to automate analysis, uncover insights, accelerate decision-making and build scalable reporting. Success in this role comes from asking the right commercial questions, finding answers quickly and translating those insights into measurable business outcomes.
You will work closely with leaders across Digital Trade, Marketing, Pricing and Finance, helping improve key commercial KPIs including traffic quality, conversion, AOV, profitability, customer cohorts, LTV and retention.

- Partner with Pricing to identify opportunities around price elasticity, promotional effectiveness and margin.
- Use data to prioritise experiments, initiatives and feature improvements based on potential commercial impact.

- Use AI tools to automate repetitive analysis, reporting and data processes.
- Build AI-assisted workflows that reduce manual work and accelerate insight generation.
- Leverage LLMs and AI analytics platforms to identify trends, anomalies and commercial opportunities.
- Develop effective prompts, automations and AI-powered workflows that improve decision-making speed.
- Evaluate and introduce new AI tools that can improve productivity across Digital Trade, Marketing and the wider commercial organisation.
- Use AI to generate hypotheses, identify opportunities and surface customer insights from both structured and unstructured data.
- Continuously explore new AI-enabled approaches to improve how the commercial organisation works with data.
- Champion an AI-first approach to analytics, experimentation and decision-making.
- Design and evaluate experiments across marketing, pricing, merchandising, promotions, customer journeys and onsite experience.
- Define clear objectives and success metrics before experiments are launched.
- Analyse results and assess the statistical and commercial impact of initiatives.
- Make data-led recommendations on whether initiatives should be scaled, adapted or stopped.
- Maintain a central experimentation roadmap and knowledge base to capture learnings and avoid repeating unsuccessful tests.
- Turn experimentation insights into actionable recommendations for the wider commercial team.
- Build and maintain executive dashboards covering the full DTC business.
- Develop reporting that provides visibility across acquisition, conversion, customer behaviour, trading and profitability.
- Focus reporting on leading indicators and forward-looking opportunities rather than simply historical performance.
- Ensure key stakeholders have access to timely and relevant commercial insights.
- Identify changes in performance, emerging trends and potential risks before they become significant commercial issues.
- Continuously improve reporting through automation, AI and more efficient analytical processes.
