Job summary

SUMWON STUDIOS in Dubai, UAE is seeking a VP/Director of Growth Content & Creator Commerce to lead a multi-brand, AI-enabled growth engine. You will build the content, creator ecosystem and affiliate capability powering customer acquisition across the portfolio.

This is a high-impact leadership role reporting to the MD/President, Global DTC. You’ll own end-to-end growth, from creator partnerships to performance content, with a focus on scale, velocity and alignment with fashion and premium

Qualifications

• Builder of content/creator/affiliate engine from the ground up with clear commercial accountability.
• Evidence of current AI-enabled workflows built or run by you.
• Experience scaling a digital-first consumer growth capability.
• Built capability from scratch, not by inheriting large teams/budgets.

Responsibilities

• Growth Content Engine: build the creative studio and AI-enabled production capability for volume
• Creator Commerce: own end-to-end creator partnerships, affiliate programmes and community.
• Organic Social: lead audience growth and always-on publishing across brand channels.
• Content Operations: establish workflow, rights management, asset library and content velocity.
• Creative Performance: drive testing velocity and reuse of winning assets.
