Confidential Company in Dubai is seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing & E-commerce Lead to supervise a growing team and drive performance across Amazon Seller Central, Noon and other platforms.

You will manage tasks, monitor campaigns, review deliverables, and report updates to management, while coordinating with design and analytics staff. On-site, full-time role in Dubai with UAE-based relocation consideration.

Qualifications

• 4-8+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or marketplace operations.
• Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
• Amazon PPC and advertising experience is a major advantage.
• Hands-on Amazon Advertising/PPC experience: Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, optimization, keyword targeting, bids/budgets, ACOS/ROAS analysis.
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Good understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and performance analytics.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Must be willing to work full-time on-site in Dubai.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate the daily work of the digital marketing and e-commerce team.
• Assign and track tasks, priorities and deadlines.
• Follow up with team members proactively and ensure work is completed on schedule.
• Review completed work and quality, not just completion.
• Identify delays or underperformance and take follow-up actions.
• Maintain a clear task-management and reporting system with responsibilities, deadlines, status and results.
• Provide concise daily and weekly updates to management on work status and blockers.
• Coordinate activities across Amazon, Noon and other platforms.
• Monitor digital marketing activities: SEO, paid ads, listings, campaigns, performance.
• Review marketplace performance: sales trends, advertising, inventory, pricing, promotions.
• Coordinate with designers, marketplace executives, SEO staff and others.
• Identify problems early and propose solutions.
• Handle routine issues and elevate strategic decisions as needed.
• Help improve internal processes, reporting, accountability and productivity.
