Job summary

HRM Recruitment LLC in Dubai seeks an E-Commerce Specialist with hands-on Amazon and Noon experience to build and grow an online business from the ground up. You will manage product research, sourcing, listings, pricing, and profitability while coordinating with suppliers and supporting digital marketing to drive growth and profitability.

The role requires independent project management and strong analytical skills to optimize performance and ROI across marketplaces.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Amazon and Noon marketplaces.
• Hands-on experience with Jungle Scout, product research, and listing optimization.
• Experience with dropshipping, product sourcing, and supplier coordination.
• Strong understanding of pricing, profit margins, ROI, and marketplace advertising.
• Excellent Excel and Google Sheets skills.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to build an e-commerce operation independently and manage projects effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product research using Jungle Scout and other market-analysis tools.
• Identify commercially viable products and market opportunities.
• Manage and optimize Amazon and Noon listings.
• Develop pricing strategies and monitor marketplace performance.
• Analyze demand, competition, sourcing costs, marketplace fees, margins, and ROI.
• Manage dropshipping activities and coordinate with suppliers.
• Support digital-marketing campaigns, advertising, promotions, and customer acquisition.
• Monitor sales, conversion rates, advertising results, and product profitability.
• Lead e-commerce projects and manage timelines.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
