Job summary

AL KHAYAM EXHIBITION (L.L.C.) in Dubai seeks a seasoned Digital Marketing and E-commerce Lead to supervise an on-site team and drive performance across Amazon, Noon and other platforms.

You will manage tasks, track deadlines, and review work for quality, while optimizing campaigns, content, and listings. A strong analytics mindset and excellent English are essential for reporting to management.

Qualifications

• 4-8+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or marketplace operations.
• Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
• Amazon PPC and advertising experience is a major advantage.
• Hands-on Amazon Advertising/PPC including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display, campaign optimization, keyword targeting, bids/budgets and ACOS/ROAS analysis.
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
• Good understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and performance analytics.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
• Good Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, ensure accountability, and work independently.
• Must be willing to work full-time on-site in Dubai.
• UAE based and overseas candidates willing to relocate may apply.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily work of the existing digital marketing and e-commerce team
• Assign and track tasks, priorities and deadlines
• Follow up with team members proactively and ensure work is completed on schedule
• Review completed work rather than simply accepting that a task is done
• Identify delays, problems and underperformance and take appropriate follow-up action
• Maintain a clear task-management and reporting system showing responsibilities, deadlines, status and results
• Provide concise daily and weekly updates to management covering completed work, pending tasks, overdue items, problems and matters requiring management decisions
• Coordinate activities across Amazon, Noon and other e-commerce platforms
• Monitor digital marketing activities including SEO, paid advertising, marketplace advertising, content, listings, promotions and campaign performance
• Review marketplace performance including sales trends, advertising performance, inventory availability, pricing, listings and promotional opportunities
• Coordinate with graphic designers, marketplace executives, SEO digital marketing staff and other team members
• Identify operational or marketing problems before they become serious and propose solutions
• Handle routine operational issues independently and elevate important commercial or strategic decisions to management
• Help improve internal processes, reporting, accountability and overall team productivity
