Responsibilities

• Credit collection for Port Services of Customers in the region by phone, email, and visits.
• Regularly monitor accounts to ensure settlements align with terms.
• Achieve daily call targets as guided.
• Use High Radius system daily for credit collection activities.
• Follow High Radius credit collection processes to complete credit cycle.
• Monitor credit limits to avoid breaches and perform credit checks on registrations.
• Monthly SOA dispatch according to process.
• Resolve customer disputes with global colleagues; handle refund requests per policy.
• Flag credit blocks to Credit Manager for defaults or risks.
• Hold regular meetings with stakeholders and large customers to manage accounts.
