Job summary

Talent Bridge HR Consultancy Dubai is seeking a Credit Controller to manage receivables and enforce effective credit policies in a fast-paced Dubai finance environment. You will oversee collections, assess risk, and set credit limits while maintaining strong client relationships.

This full-time role reports to the Finance Manager and offers exposure to international clients, collaboration with sales and legal teams, and the opportunity for long-term growth within a growing business group.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or collections.
• Experience in commodity trading, B2B services, or fast-paced financial environments is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of credit risk analysis, collections processes, and UAE financial practices.
• Proficient in ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage pressure, and maintain attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and credit control operations, ensuring timely collections and follow-ups.
• Monitor customer accounts for delayed payments, credit risk, and outstanding balances.
• Evaluate new credit requests and set appropriate credit limits and terms based on risk assessments.
• Prepare and review aging reports, collection forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, payment schedules, and transaction history.
• Liaise with internal sales, operations, and legal teams to resolve disputes or non-payments.
• Handle payment reminders, dunning letters, and escalation procedures as needed.
• Recommend credit holds or legal action where required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable financial regulations.
