Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Credit management: evaluate new customer credit applications and set limits.
• Invoicing: ensure timely and accurate invoicing and resolve disputes.
• Collections: contact customers for overdue payments and negotiate plans.
• Debtors review: conduct regular reviews and provide aging analysis.
• Reconciliation: reconcile customer accounts and issue monthly statements.
• Reporting: generate reports on credit and collections performance.
