Job summary

John Crane is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our finance team in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai. This fixed-term contract (6–8 months) focuses on credit management, accounts receivable, and cash-flow support.

The role requires proficient SAP usage, strong Excel skills, and a proactive approach to manage customer balances and collections. UAE work authorization and residence visa are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 3–6 years of experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or similar finance position.
• Experience in multinational or multicultural environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date customer billing and accounts receivable records.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and payment dates.
• Record, allocate, and reconcile customer payments.
• Prepare regular AR reports and cash-flow forecasts.
• Review customer credit information and perform credit checks.
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams.
