Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Finance, Customer Service, or related field.
• Experience in customer service, operations, account management, or payments preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• MS Office proficiency, especially Excel and Word.
