Alaan, the Middle East’s first AI-powered spend management platform, is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist (Arabic Speaker) in Dubai. You will be the primary contact for customers, helping them use our products and resolve complex issues to drive satisfaction and adoption.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in fintech or B2B SaaS, strong Arabic and English communication, and a passion for helping others succeed. This hybrid role offers growth, competitive compensation, and ownership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in similar roles at prominent start-ups.
• Background in Fintech or B2B SaaS is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills, written and oral, with customers.
• Trustworthy and reliable; ownership of problems end-to-end.
• Very organized and meticulous; no issue falls through the cracks.
• Independent yet a productive team member; goal-oriented.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with users as the first point of contact via WhatsApp, email, and phone.
• Understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Proactively follow up on issues raised by customers.
• Understand product and expense processes to suggest improvements.
• Balance autonomy with escalation when needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve product experience.
• Be the product expert for customers and the customer expert for the product team.
• Help Alaan continuously improve customer service.
