Emerald Zebra Recruitment & Executive Search is seeking an Affiliate Manager for a fast-growing crypto/fintech trading platform based in Dubai. You will own the affiliate channel end to end, recruiting partners and driving revenue through CPA, RevShare, and hybrid deals.

You will manage a portfolio of partners, track performance, and ensure compliance while collaborating with Marketing, Product and Compliance. Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in affiliate or partnership management within crypto/fintech or related trading platforms.
• Strong network of affiliates, IBs or crypto influencers is advantageous.
• Solid negotiation skills with a track record of growing partner revenue.

Responsabilités

• Source, sign and onboard new affiliates, IBs, influencers and content partners across target markets.
• Manage a portfolio of existing partners, grow volume, quality and retention.
• Negotiate and structure commission deals (CPA, RevShare, hybrid).
• Track partner performance, traffic quality, FTDs, conversion and lifetime value; act on data.
